1. Welcome
The ‘Winter Tire Contest’ Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Fix Auto Canada, Inc., 99 Émilien-Marcoux, Suite 101, Blainville, Quebec J7C 0B4 Canada. The Contest will award a set of winter tires plus installation (each a “Prize”) to one winner (“Winner”) from each of the following four regions: Atlantic Canada, Quebec, Ontario, Western Canada (“Region” or “Regions”), as defined below.

2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on August 1, 2023, at 8:00 AM EST and ends on September 29, 2023 at 6:00 PM EST (the “Contest Period”).

3. Eligibility
To enter the Contest and be eligible to win, an individual (an “Entrant” or “Entrants”) must: (a) be a legal resident of Canada, and (b) have reached the age of
majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
The following individuals are excluded from entering the Contest: (a) employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, mandataries, and advertising
and promotional agencies of the Sponsor and its subsidiaries and affiliates, as applicable; and (b) any immediate family members (regardless of where they
live) of an individual excluded under ‘(a)’ or individual with whom an individual excluded under ‘(a)’ is domiciled (whether related to that person or not). In
these Rules, “immediate family” includes an individual’s mother, father, brother, sister, son, daughter, partner or spouse.

4. How to Enter
No purchase necessary. To enter, an Entrant may:
(a) make a purchase of any amount from the Sponsor during the Contest Period, with each invoice made by the Sponsor during the Contest Period
considered an entry (“Entry”); or
(b) write, on a plain piece of paper including the Entrant’s full name, address, phone number and age, an essay of no more than five hundred (500)
words and no less than one hundred (100) words, answering the following question: “Where will my tires take me this winter?, and send the paper along
with a self-addressed, stamped envelope and mail it with sufficient postage to 99 Émilien-Marcoux, Suite 101, Blainville, Quebec J7C 0B4 Canada. Envelopes must be post-marked during the Contest Period and received by no later than October 3, 2023. Each entry will constitute an “Alternative Entry”.

5. Entry Limits
Limit of one (1) Entry or Alternative Entry per individual.

6. How winners are selected
On October 5, 2023 at 1:00 PM EST in Blainville, Quebec, the Sponsor will draw at random one (1) Entry (a “Potential Winner”) from all of the Entries received
in each of the four Regions, which are as follows:
• Ontario;
• Quebec;
• Atlantic Canada (i.e. PEI, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfounland & Labrador); and
• Western Canada (i.e. BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, Northwest Territories).
The Sponsor will contact each of the Potential Winners by telephone call (each a “Winning Notification”). Each Potential Winner must answer a
mathematical skill testing question and accept the Prize in order to become a Winner.
If the Potential Winner is found to be ineligible by Sponsor or if the Potential Winner fails to answer the skill testing question or otherwise accept the Prize
by October 31, 2023 at 6:00 PM EST, the Potential Winner may be disqualified and alternate winner may be selected by Sponsor. If necessary, an alternate
winner will be drawn on November 1, 2023, at 12:00 PM EST in Blainville, Quebec.

7. Prizes
The following prizes are available to be won: one set of winter tires plus installation on the Winner’s car. Each set of winter tires has an approximate retail
value (“ARV”) of $800.000. Each installation of the winter tires will have an ARV of $250.00. Together, each of the four Prizes will have an ARV of $1,050.00.

8. Prize Substitution and Conditions
Each Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is non-transferable. The Prize has no cash-surrender value. The Sponsor reserves the
right, in its sole discretion, in the event that the Prize or any component of any Prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, to substitute and/or
modify the Prize or component of Prize with (a) prize(s) of equal or greater value, subject to the approval of the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux
(“Régie”) for Entrants from Quebec.

9. Odds of Winning
The odds of wining depend on the number of eligible Entries during the Contest Period.

10. Entry verifications and conditions
All Entries that are submitted through illicit or illegal means, or which do not otherwise conform to any condition of these Rules, may be disqualified by
Sponsor at its sole and absolute discretion. An Entrant may be required to provide proof that he or she made the qualifying purchase or submitted the
Alternative Entry.

11. Contest Release
By entering the Contest, each Entrant agrees to forever release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, their
advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, partners, representatives, successors, assigns and agents (the
“Releasees”), from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, damages, loss, or liability whatsoever, whether known or unknown, due in whole
or in part, whether directly or indirectly, related to their participation in the Contest or in connection with any Prize.

12. Limitation of Liability
By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and to the decisions of the Sponsor, whose decisions are
final and binding in all respects. Each Entrant acknowledges that failure to comply with these Rules may result in their disqualification from the Contest.
The Sponsor does not assume any responsibility for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information, technical malfunctions, human or technical error,
lost, delayed or garbled data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or failures of any computer lines or networks, computer equipment,
software or any combination thereof.
The Sponsor will not be responsible for mail, telephone, technical, network, online, electronic, computer hardware or software interruptions or failures of any
kind, misdirected, stolen, incomplete, incomprehensible or delayed Internet/e-mail computer transmissions on account of technical problems or traffic
congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to a participant’s or any other person’s computer
relating to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest.
The Entrant also acknowledges that the Sponsor has not offered any warranty or guarantee respecting any Prize

13. Prize Release
If an Entrant wins a Prize and accepts the Prize, such acceptance shall mean full satisfaction of their entitlement as an Entrant and winner in the Contest
and the Entrant fully releases, discharges and holds harmless the Releasees, of and from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, actions or causes of
action whatsoever, whether known or unknown, whether at law or in equity which they or their heirs, executors, administrators, successors or assigns may
now or hereafter have against any of the Releasees in connection with the Prizes.

14. Right to terminate or modify
The Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or suspend this Contest or to amend the Rules at any time and in any way, without prior notice, subject to the
approval of the Régie for Entrants from Quebec.. Without limiting the foregoing, if, for any reason, the Contest are not capable of running as planned or if
the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest is corrupted or adversely affected, including without limitation by reason of
infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, the Sponsor reserves the right to
cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest, including the cancellation of any method of entry or the extension or modification of the Contest’ start
and end dates. In such circumstances, the Sponsor reserves the right to randomly select a winner from previously received eligible Entries by the end of the
Contest Period. The Sponsor shall not be held responsible for any problems, errors or negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Contest.

15. Law and jurisdiction
These Rules, and all matters arising out of relating to these Rules, are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ontario and the federal
laws of Canada applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision, principle or rule (whether of Ontario of any other
jurisdiction).
For Entrants from Quebec:
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling.
Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

16. Privacy
The Sponsor is collecting personal information about you for the purpose of administering this Contest. Your personal information may be used for the
administration of the Contest, including contacting Potential Winners and the awarding of Prizes. By entering this Contest, you consent to the collection,
use, storage, sharing and disclosure by the Sponsor of the personal information provided by you in your Entries, in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy
policy.

MINI-CONTEST RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Winter Tire Contest sponsored and administered by Fix Auto Canada Inc. (“Sponsor”) Contest Period runs from August 1, 2023,
at 8:00 AM EST to September 29, 2023, at 6:00 PM EST. Entries must be received during contest period. Open to residents of Canada who are age of majority.
Winners selected on October 5, 2023. To enter and win, individuals must make a purchase from the Sponsor, or send Sponsor brief essay, during Contest
Period and successfully answer skill testing question. One entry per individual. Four (4) prizes available to be won, each with approximate retail value of
$1,050.00 CAD. Odds of wining depend on number of entries received.
